Conference fees

By May 1st, 2018:	Early bird regular fee	7000 SEK
	Early bird student fee	6000 SEK
After May 1st, 2018:	Regular fee	8000 SEK
	Student fee	7000 SEK
Accompanying person to social events	Welcome reception	600 SEK
	Gala dinner	1300 SEK

Registration is also possible on-site but to an extra cost of SEK 250.

Value added tax (VAT), 25%, shall be added to the fee, when applicable.

The fee includes:

• Access to oral and poster sessions
• Conference materials
• Lunches every day, Monday through Thursday
• Morning and afternoon refreshments during the conference
• Welcome reception with dinner
• Conference dinner
• Social program

Cancellation and refunds

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat.

By April 15th, 2018:	Full refund (excluding a 10% administrative fee)
By May 1st, 2018:	50% refund (excluding a 10% administrative fee)
After May 15th, 2018:	No refund

Change of Name

Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place for an administrative fee of 250 SEK.
